With neotree enabled in init.el, meta x neotree returns "Cannot open load file: no such file or directory neotree"

What happened?

I uncommented neotree in init.el and ran Doom sync. It seemed to grab everything it needed.

Meta-x neotree in doom returns the “Cannot open load file: No such file or directory neotree”

What did you expect to happen?

Meta x neotree should open treeview in the window
