Set Cursor Shape and Type if Launching from Emacsclient

What happened?

If I launch doom emacs from emacsclient, fonts, cursor shapes and images deficed in configuration.el are not sourced/respected. I have read in the forums and tried to implement several (difficult, at least for me) fixes.

What did you expect to happen?

That doom emacs would respect my configs: configuration.el, init.el

Steps to reproduce

  1. Write configuration.el
  2. Note it is sourced and implemented on launching emacs in terminal
  3. Note that the dashboard, the cursor and the corresponding fonts defined in configuration.el are not implemented on doing emacslient -c -a 'emacs'.
