Org capture (journal) changed language

What happened?

While using org capture journal, I noticed the date language changed from German to English.

What did you expect to happen?

I expected the language to be German.

Please help me change the language back to German.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Use org capture (SPC X j) to create a new journal entry.
  2. Setting set-language-environment (C-x RET l) to German didn’t change anything.
