Mu4e--maildirs-with-query

What happened?

Hi, I am a new guy to Emacs. I was configuring mu4e and running it throws an error:

error in process filter: Symbol’s function definition is void: mu4e--maildirs-with-query

I can open mu4e main buffer, and mu4e looks to work pretty well, but I am confused by this error indeed.

Do you know where to look?

If still of use to OP or in case anyone else finds useful.

After encountering this same exact issue I found that the mu / mu4e install from apt was very much out of date on my distro (1.2 - 1.10). Built from source Installation (Mu4e 1.10.2 user manual) and was resolved.
