How to pop R dired when entering ess minor mode in orgmode?

What happened?

R dired is not opened automatically by default

What did you expect to happen?

Expecting R dired to open every time I enter ess mode from orgmode

Steps to reproduce

This is the default behaviour, which I want to change.
