How to disable modeline prompt "(C-h for help)"

What happened?

Recently upgraded from emacs 29 to emacs 30. Now everytime i type a key combo an annoying help text (instantly) appears.

What did you expect to happen?

From what i can recall , it used to wait a few seconds before showing the help prompt, it
