Broken link in pinned post

I’m in the process of creating a post to ask for help, so in preparation I’m reading the pinned post: Before you ask for help…

But I noticed that there are a couple broken links:

• The text “4. Search our Github issue tracker (remember to search our pull requests too),”
  • Links to https://git.doomemacs.org/issues which is a 404
• The text “When is it more appropriate to create a Github issue instead?”
  • Links to https://git.doomemacs.org/issues which is a 404

My guess is that the the fix is to fix the link to redirect to GitHub, but another fix would be to change the post to link directly to https://github.com/hlissner/doom-emacs/issues

I’ve fixed both links on the webserver’s side, so they should work now. Thanks for letting me know!
